About Us

Attorney Nia Chung Srodoski

Mother. Lawyer. Entrepreneur.

Attorney Srodoski draws upon her experience not only as a trusts and estates lawyer and former litigator, but also as a mother of a young child and a small business owner.

Whether it is for a simple will, a revocable living trust, or a probate administration matter, she prides herself in her genuine compassion and attention to detail to achieve each client's goals. When she was growing up in New York City, she watched how hard her immigrant mother worked while raising her and owning a small business. Attorney Srodoski will take the time to get to know her clients in order to determine their goals in an estate plan.

She spent the majority of her life in New York before moving to the Midwest, where she received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. After law school, she practiced law as a litigator for an AmLaw 200 national trial law firm, then was in-house counsel for a subsidiary of a nationally reknowned real estate brokerage firm before moving back to private practice in real estate and estate planning. Attorney Srodoski is happiest practicing estate planning, probate, and real estate law. She lives in Glastonbury, Connecticut with her husband, her toddler son, and two bulldogs.
